Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel the purchase order within a period of and in any event not later than 24 hours from the time of purchase. If the customer chooses to cancel the purchase order after the dispatch of the purchased item, then the following procedure will apply:
For return of the purchase items, the customer should contact the customer care department of PaliSpaces at creation@pali.work within 7 days of delivery. It will be the responsibility of the customer to ship back the products In unused condition with all tags and labelling. If it is found by PaliSpaces that the returned items are not in good condition, then PaliSpaces reserves the right to refuse any.
Returns and Exchange

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchange
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- If the order you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
- The product is received in a damaged condition upon delivery.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via email creation@pali.work to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Mention your Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image/s and/or video of the item. This will create a return request
- Once the return request is approved we will arrange a pickup. Please pack the product/s with its original packaging including the labels and our delivery representative will come to pick up the product
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported damage or defect.
- If eligible, we will process either a refund or exchange will be initiated
Refund or Exchange
- For eligible returns due to damage or manufacturing defect, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders we will compensate you with store credit.
- Exchanges will be processed for the same product, subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt and acceptance of returned items.
- Refunds are credited back to customer accounts within 15 to 25 days based on their mode and method of payment.
